Why Lidocaine?

IV Lidocaine has been found to be effective in treating the above conditions.

Safety:

Lidocaine has been used in medical practice for decades. Lidocaine is a FDA approved medication. For the conditions above, Lidocaine is considered off-label use, in other words, although Lidocaine is FDA approved it is not for specific conditions. At present, many medications are being used daily, in an off-label manner. This is common practice and legal.

Duration of Benefit:

The long term duration of benefit from Lidocaine has not been well studied. Studies and treatments so far suggest benefit for some patients with minimal treatments, while other patients derive longer lasting benefit after a short series of treatments.
